Delivery companies may take your order to a local pickup point after a failed delivery attempt, or if you request this via the tracking link we provide you in our dispatch confirmation email.

If this happens, they'll usually pop a card through your letterbox advising you where you can collect you order. 

Can someone else pickup my parcel?

Yes, in addition to their own ID, that person must also bring a copy or photo of the ID of the actual recipient so that we can check the name and details with what is on the parcel.
