How do I send items back?

Own courier
  • Send items back using your own courier or post at the post office
  • Please note, we can't be responsible for any loss or damage when using your own courier - so please make sure your return is insured
Drop off
  • We'll send you a DPD or Evri pre-paid returns label so you can take your return to your nearest drop-off point
  • You'll need access to a printer to print off your returns label and attach it to your return
  • This service costs £12.50 per box, you don't need to pay this upfront, instead we'll deduct this from your final refund amount

Please note, that unless an item was received damaged or faulty, you are responsible for the cost of returning items and we're unable to cover or refund the cost of returning items to us.
